Presidential Primary Election - April 2, 2024
Voter Registration Deadline
- March 23, 2024 - Last day to register to vote in the Presidential Primary, in person, by mail, and online.
Absentee Ballot Deadlines
Request an absentee ballot here.
Ballot Request Deadline
- March 23, 2024 - Final day to apply for mail-in absentee ballot for the Presidential Primary.
Ballot Return Deadline
- April 2, 2024 - Last day to return a completed absentee ballot in person. Absentee ballots returned by mail must be postmarked (but can be received up to April 9, 2024) for the Presidential Primary.
Nonpresidential Primary Election - June 25, 2024

- June 14, 2024 - Final day to apply for mail-in absentee ballot for the Primary.
Ballot Return Deadline
- June 25, 2024 - Last day to return a completed absentee ballot in person. Absentee ballots returned by mail must be postmarked (but can be received up to June 31, 2024) for the Primary.
General Election - November 5, 2024
Voter Registration Deadline

October 26, 2024 - Deadline to register to vote online.
- Mail-in registrations must also be postmarked by this date.

- October 21, 2024 - Final day to apply for mail-in absentee ballot.
Ballot Return Deadline
- November 5, 2024 - Last day to return a completed absentee ballot in person. Absentee ballots returned by mail must be postmarked (but can be received until November 12, 2024).
Absentee ballots are only available to certain residents - see if you match the criteria outlined here.
Military and overseas citizens can vote by mail using the standard procedure. Ensure your ballot is postmarked by Election Day.
