There are some inaccuracies with these symptoms even compared to both the CDC and WHO webpages. There is a distinct difference between being infected with the coronavirus which causes the disease, COViD-19 and actually developing COVID-19. Just like there is a difference between being infected with HIV and developing the condition known as AIDS. The CDC even has this distinction on its webpage. Also, the cough symptoms are incorrect as far as being a dry cough and one that produces phlegm.An Actual COVID-19 symptom is the dry cough where a cold or the flu are usually not. In all cases, fluids are important in recovery and fighting these illnesses. I see and hear too many marketing ads and promotions of vaccines talking about preventing the spread of COVID-19 when that isn’t what is actually spread. It is the virus and infection, not the disease COVID-19. When those specific details are consistent and emphasized, I’ll have more faith in some of the opinions. Now they are changing the definition of “fully vaccinated”. Again not being consistent across all levels plus it’s only been a year since the first vaccinations, so long term data hasn’t fully been reviewed.

This is with 3 vaccines since day one. This is the same guy who promised he would shut this virus down not the economy. President Trump had in one full year this: Cases 24,132,719 Deaths 274,761. This was with no vaccines until the last 38 days of his administration. At this present rate Comrade dear leader Beijing Biden will have at the end of his first year the following. Cases 3-,787,406 Deaths 581,020. Yet he leaves the border wide open with thousands of illegal aliens crossing the border with no testing or quarantine or vaccines. Since January 20th at noontime he has let 2.5 million illegal aliens in this country.

This plandemic reeks of manipulation, control and profiteering! Why are the many successful cures for Covid being intentionally squashed by our government? What are they hiding from the people? If the smallpox vaccine had to have a booster every 3 months, what good is it? Yet, our politicians keep pushing a narrative that is obviously not working. Why? Why limit doctors from prescribing ivermectin, monoclonal antibodies and hydroxychloroquine? They successfully work in other countries so why not use them here?

Years ago I had a coworker who used to swear by 99¢ stores. He loved to buy cheap shit even though it never worked properly. Hammer heads would fly off the handle, phone chargers that shorted out. Crappy spanners. Pure Junk. But it was cheap. Could never figure out how to change his mind. His wife was frugal but his collection of broken junk made her say that he really wasn't saving money. But... He had the same love of seafood that I had except for all you can eat crab legs. They were never fresh. Just cheap. He used to fight his way to the front of the steam table line. I thought it was hilarious... In small doses. Anyway... Seems that some people are hardwired to reject good sense but instead think their untethered Priorities? Obsessions? are higher. During a pandemic good sense is essential. I reported Renee’s post and it must be removed as fake news. Someone else posted about co-morbidity risk factors for poor Covid infection outcomes; you forgot to include the Alzheimer’s gene. Anyone who has the gene is very high risk for death. This helps explain the nursing home deaths in the first part of the pandemic.

Well said jimK. Renee S is full of shit as are so many other deniers of this virus and of the public health measures that can/will mitigate the effects of this virus. It's because of idiots like Renee S that we are still in this mess, along with the fact that we need to get the entire world vaccinated if we ever hope to stop the mutations and thus the endless waves of this virus. I, for one would like to get back to a more normal life but can't and won't do that as long as their are idiots like Renee S who spread lies about this pandemic.

Yeah. Similar symptoms. No kidding. I'm supposed to be happy if I'm not sneezing??? As we enter COVID year 3 I'm more interested in COVID Testing because now if I feel like sh*t, I want to be tested. Explain different kinds of tests. PCR, Anti-Body, Rapid, At Home, Etc. What's happening with the Federal Project to get these kits out? There are some kits commercially available but we need At Home COVID Testing Kit ratings and where to get good kits inexpensively and quickly. And which test kits are to be avoided. Why can't we get PCR testing at at a pharmacy like I got my booster shot Explain why some "Urgent Care" facilities make people wait in long lines then tell you to wait a week for results. A week? Explain which test tells you which varriant you might have and how to be sure you get this information quickly. ADDENDUM: The last thing I want is to see commercials for the “Official COVID Test for some sports league." Besides, given the particularities of professional sports it probably just means the manuacturer paid the league some money.

I disagree with this chart in one aspect. Although the Common Cold and Influenza *can* cause anosmia and ageusia, it is uncommon estimated at 10-30%. Most often there may be some degree of hyposmia and hypogeusia/dysguesia simply as a result of general inflammation and excess mucus production. This is actually even less common in Influenza. When Covid does affect olfactory and taste function it is a direct attack on the nerve cells involved. The rest of the guide is okay. I'm not sure how much help it is really. IF you think you might have Covid and you are significantly ill, you should not guess. You should get tested.

So many cases of covid. It's all they can speak of now because the number of deaths are not scary enough. Hard to tell it from a cold or flu. Do we mandate lockdowns and experimental vaccines for those too, now? The no.1 predictor of severe covid is obesity (also underlying heart disease and diabetes) and that is mainly a lifestyle choice and there are consequences for that. Maybe we should focus more on being healthy rather than being authoritarian.
