IT: 💉 Insulin capped at $35 in the U.S., and... Do you feel safe taking trains in light of the recent events?

Pharmaceutical giant Eli Lilly capped the monthly cost of insulin at $35 for U.S. customers.

The changes represent a 70% decrease in price, and will be in place by the end of 2023. The reduced price applies to Americans who have private insurance and use participating pharmacies.

The decision comes in light of dissatisfaction over the rising cost of out-of-pocket diabetes medication.

Trains have been in the headlines recently, first with the Ohio train derailment that led to the release of tons of toxic chemicals and the evacuation of an entire town, and now with the fatal accident in Greece that claimed fifty-seven lives and injured eighty-five.
